CNC punching

Technologically advanced, CNC controlled punching machines allow for high repeatability and quality of series of elements. These machines are multi-functional, covering the range of punching, stamping and cutting flat metal sheets.

• Max sheet size: 3000 x 1500 mm, thickness - standard sheet: 3 mm, color sheet: 5 mm
• Hole punching

Using these machines allow for:

• Cutting down the amount of cycles for a product series and expanding the flexibility of production
• Multiple types of cutting when the sheet is stationary

Laser cutting

We cut sheet metal and aluminium with the precision of 0.05 mm and max sheet size of 3225 x 1535 mm

Sheet metal cutting

We provide services on guillotine shears and universal presses.

Pressing

Pressing parameters:

• Eccentic presses pressure: 6 - 160 tonnes
• Hydraulic and mechanical presses: 6.3 - 250 tonnes

Bending

We use top of the line Trumpf CNC presses. This allows us to provide:

• High quality
• Near-perfect repeatability
• Maintaining a constant angle along the entire bending area

We can bend, cut and perforate sheet metal; drilling and milling sheet metal, aluminium and stainless steel.

Welding

We are experienced in welding different kinds of materials in an array of methods. That allows us to provide the most adequate welding, which guarantees the performance and esthetics of finished materials.

We use the following methods:

Steel/aluminium welding:

• Semi-automatic, CO2-shielded welding machines using welding wire of diameters: 0.8; 1.2; 1.6 mm
• TIG AC/DC welding: 400 A
• MIG/MAG welding: 500 A

Sealing - sheet metal sealer - width: 0.5 - 4 mm

• Sealing of pins and bushings.
• Sealing of sheet metal, rivets, nuts, grouding terminals.

CNC centre

• Working area: 1220 x 460 mm
• Max sheet size: 1020 x 500 x 635 mm
• Positioning accuracy: ± 0.005 mm
• Repeatability: ± 0.0025 mm

Machining centre

Automatic lathe

Devices with high reliability and accuracy, used for processing of numerous important automotive, bearing and precise industry components. Lathing in all 3 axis with following dimensions:

• Max rod diameter: 42 mm
• Subspindle: 42 mm
• Max lathing length: 100 mm

CNC lathe

• Working area: 420 x 700 mm
• Positioning accuracy: ± 0.005 mm
• Repeatability: ± 0.0025 mm

Universal lathe

Surface, drill holes, shaft grinding

Milling

Universal/vertical ELUMATEC CNC milling machines for aluminium profiles 6 metres in length

Drilling

Bench, pillar, column, radial drills

• Max diameter of steel drilling: 50 mm

Powder coating

Our new powder coating lines for steel and aluminium parts ensure a very high quality finish. Work is carried out according to strict EU safety regulations and standards.

Powder coating details:

• Three automatic lines capable of following sizes:
• 550 x 1550 x 6000 mm
• 800 x 1700 x 6000 mm
• 1750 x 1750 x 7000 mm
• Polyester coatings compatible with RAL palette
• Gloss grades: 80, 70 and 30 (±5)
• Surface structure: smooth or gradual, from gloss, through semi-gloss to matte
• No heavy metal additives
• Accordance with quality/environment standards: ISO 9001, EU directive 2002/95/EC of 21 January 2003

Aluminium anodizing

Anodizing on an automatic line, max profile size: 500 x 1700 x 6200 mm. Profiles used for building facades and interior design.

Required input (traverse) of 50 m². Bleed for mounting up to 50 mm on each side. Anodizing of stationary devices designed for fittings, furniture finishes, stands, parts of shower enclosures, etc.

Profiles up to 3500 mm in length.
