Metal fabrication

We are a Poland-based metal fabrication partner handling every step of production under one roof: design input (DFM advice at the drawing stage), cutting, bending, pressing, welding, grinding and machining, then powder coating, anodizing, assembly, packing and logistics. Send us your documentation and we manage the job from quoting to delivery, shipping finished, quality-controlled parts on time.

Take a look at what we do »

CNC punching

CNC punching is our core in-house process. Numerically controlled turret punching machines hold accuracy and repeatability across production runs. They cover punching, stamping and nibbling of flat sheet metal.

  • Max sheet size: 3000 x 1500 mm. Thickness: 3 mm for standard sheet, 5 mm for pre-coated sheet
  • Shaped hole punching
  • Extruded holes for M2.5 to M6 threads
  • PEM fastener insertion

On thin sheet, these machines also let us:

  • Shorten set-up times between runs and keep short-run work flexible
  • Produce many different cut-outs from a single sheet clamping
  • Draw zinc over the cut edges when processing pre-coated sheet

Sheet metal cutting

We cut on guillotine shears and a sheet metal shear.

Cutting lengthMaterial thickness
Guillotine shearsup to 3050 mmup to 6.3 mm
Sheet metal shearup to 3000 mmup to 6.0 mm

Pressing

Pressing parameters:

  • Eccentric presses: 6 - 160 tonnes
  • Hydraulic and mechanical presses: 6.3 - 250 tonnes

Bending

We use numerically controlled press brakes from established manufacturers. This gives us:

  • High accuracy
  • Repeatable bends
  • A constant angle along the full bend length

We bend, cut and perforate sheet metal, and turn, drill and mill steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Bending of profiles, tubes and sheet on CNC AMADA press brakes.

Welding

We weld a wide range of materials by several methods. Years of experience in material selection go into the strength, durability and appearance of the welds.

Steel and aluminium welding:

  • Semi-automatic, CO2-shielded machines using wire of 0.8, 1.2 and 1.6 mm diameter
  • TIG AC/DC: 400 A
  • MIG/MAG: 500 A

Resistance (spot) welding of sheet 0.5 - 4 mm thick:

  • Stud and bush welding
  • Resistance welding of sheet components, including projection welding of rivets, nuts and grounding terminals

Laser cutting

We cut sheet metal and aluminium to an accuracy of 0.05 mm, with a max sheet size of 3225 x 1535 mm.
