Numerically controlled turret punching machines deliver high accuracy and repeatability across production runs. They are multi-functional, covering punching, stamping and nibbling of flat sheet metal.

• Max sheet size: 3000 x 1500 mm, thickness - standard sheet: 3 mm, pre-coated sheet: 5 mm
• Shaped hole punching
• Extruded holes for M2.5 to M6 threads
• PEM fastener insertion

For thin sheet, these machines also let us:

• Shorten production-run set-up cycles and increase production flexibility
• Produce many different cut-outs from a single sheet clamping
• Draw zinc over the cut edges when processing pre-coated sheet
